    The purpose of the initial consultation is to determine if we are a good fit for each other.

    We can do this by discussing the following topics that you may want to prepare to discuss:

    • Your goals for therapy
    • The challenges you have faced so far
    • Why you are seeking help currently in your life
    • How willing you are to change
    • What a solution might look like
    • Setting our first appointment
